ZOOH STORE PHILOSOPHY
We at Zooh Corner really enjoy running the Zooh Store
and being able to offer people and their furry companions
such great, quality, one-of-a-kind items. Aside from the
hays we offer and the occasional plastic toy, our toys are
all originals to Zooh Corner, most of them designed by Alex
Logsdon, some with volunteer input; and, as with the Molar
Munchies, some with the input of our wonderful Medical Director
and friend, Dr. Sari Kanfer. And we will have more coming
soon!
We love the idea of being able to provide people with good
stuff for their bunnies and other small herbivores at decent
prices, while at the same time helping ourselves to support
our ever-growing load of once-unwanted rabbits and their
many medical and daily needs. And because there are so many
rescues out there doing good work, we are always careful
not to offer the same toys or other goodies that they do
(aside from hays or goodies we purchase from other rescues,
like the nifty COTTONTAIL COTTAGE (FROM CATS
AND RABBITS AND MORE), which we sell at all of our events!),
because we do not want to take money out of the very needy
pockets of other rescues who are doing the same hard work
as we are; plus, we have lots of our own fun ideas and we
like to see them out there making bunnies and other creatures
happy! We truly believe that this should not be competitive
because it will only hurt “the other guy” (which
means the other guy’s bunnies too!) - and after all,
we are all in this together!
As we have always done and will continue to do we offer
the best prices we can, so that YOU get quality goods without
paying and arm and a leg (which will be needed to chase
your rabbit around and clean up after her, we are sure)
and so that we make a decent (but not exorbitant) profit
which then helps to fund our many rescue needs, such as
VET BILLS, feed, litter, cleaning supplies, housing materials,
as well as shelter needs (cleaning materials, flooring,
toys, vet care, etc.).

ABOUT ZOOH PRODUCTS
All toys and munchies are safe for rabbits, guinea pigs,
chinchillas, hamsters, rats and other small mammals.
All herbs, leaves, sticks and flowers are seasonal and
organic; many of them are grown by Zooh Corner.
All pine cones are either washed and baked, or washed and
dried for 3-6 months.
Hays are packed at Zooh Corner on a weekly
or bi-weekly basis. All hays are stored in a ventilated
enclosed area, inspected, logged and have a tracking number.
The tracking or "P Number" is the number that
starts with "P" at the bottom of the hay label.
Because hays are seasonal and grown in open fields they
can vary in texture and consistency; and field grown hays
are subject to variances in climate as well as soil. We
strive to carry the best hays we can find, from very reputable
resources. Even then, we sometimes come across hay that
is simply not "up to snuff" - thus, occasionally,
certain hays are sometimes not available.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped on Thursday. Orders received after
5PM the preceding Wednesday will be shipped Thursday of
the following week.
*When possible we do ship more than once per week, but
this depends upon our volunteers. If you would like to become
a shipment driver or other type of Zooh Store Volunteer,
please email Carrie.
We do take URGENT SHIPPING requests. Prior to ordering,
please e-mail zoohcorner@mybunny.org
to be sure we can comply with the time needs of your request.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping Fees are based on the weight and size of each
parcel, as well as the destination. Shipping charges are
shown on the SECOND PayPal Checkout Confirmation screen.
Shipping fee is NEVER refunded.
RETURNS
Refunds only on unused/un-opened items. Refunds available
only within ten (10) days of purchase on unopened merchandise.
Shipping costs and PayPal fees are never refunded. It is
your obligation to ship unopened/unwanted product back to
us.
While we do take returns, upon occasion the awful does occur
and a customer’s rabbit will die before the shipment
even gets there. If you can find it in your heart, we suggest
that you donate the goods to a local rescue or shelter –
to the rabbits or guinea pigs or whatever little creature
could use it – in memory of your rabbit.
