018Victoria (middle in picture) was with Zooh Corner for most of her life.  She and her six babies were consistently overlooked at the shelter, as are most white bunnies with pink eyes.  In 2006, She came to us along with kits, Kay (left in picture), Abbey, and Sherman.  Victoria was welcomed as a Sanctuary Rabbit at Zooh Corner.  Here, she met the charming Satchmo (right in picture), and they became inseparable.

She had heart issues and serious imflammatory arthritis, for which she was undergoing various treatments.  Despite this, she proved to be a loving mother to her kits, and a wonderful bondmate to Satchmo.

In April 2014, her condition worsened and her kidneys began to fail.  We helped her as long as we could, but she left us on Saturday, May 3, 2014.  You were the best mama bunny ever, and you will be missed.  We promise to take care of your husbun.
